Saturday 11th July and another gorgeous day for a wedding in Dorset. This time a new Venue for me Merley House.

I met James the groom at the venue to start shooting before Kirsty the bride arrived. calm and cool he was and looking forward to marry the love his life.

Kirsty arrived and it was go time, a very warm summer room made for a beautiful and brief ceremony. We headed straight outside for the group shots and to cool down.

A cooler mid afternoon it was speeches time and food shortly followed by the evening guest arrival and the first dance.

Wedding At The East Close Hotel, Mr & Mrs Turner

What a gorgeous sunny day for a wedding in the heart of the new forest, at the stunning East Close Hotel Hampshire. TodayIt’s the turn of Rob and Hannah to tie the knot!

I have known Hannah for some time, she is a former florist and that is how we originally met. You can imagine how chuffed I was when she asked me to photograph her special day.

The day started as normal, I was greeted with the sound of various bottles of fizz being opened and lots of laughter and girly giggles. I got under way with the bridal prep photos before the horse and carriage arrived to pickup the beautiful bride. At this point I left the ladies to do the finishing touches as I headed off to meet rob at the hotel/BAR ;).

He was a tad nervous but looking forward to marrying Hannah, who didn’t take long to arrive and the ceremony got under way.

After the ceremony we made use of the stunning country grounds for some lovely portraits of the happy couple, shortly followed by speeches and the first dance.

It was a truly lovely day seeing someone that I have know for sometime get married!
